Rack pulls from below knee
120 x 5
150 x 3
170 x 3
200 x 3
220 x 3
240 x 3 huge PR
supersetted some pull throughs and abs for 15-20 reps on each - 4 sets
This doesnt look like much but this took 2 hours!
